ABOUT ZOË

I am incredibly proud of my growth as a soccer player over the past 15 years, a journey that has been shaped by the guidance of outstanding coaches like Paul Bravo, Brandi Chastain, Gary & Carine Ireland, and Janny Rivera. Their mentorship has been instrumental in my development, pushing me to improve each day. I began my competitive journey with PSV Union and De Anza Force in California before making the pivotal decision to move to IMG Academy to pursue my goal of playing Division I soccer. This move allowed me to focus on my
athletic and academic goals and prepare for the next level.

Throughout my career, I’ve been consistently recognized by U.S. Soccer and Girls Academy and have been regularly invited to the National Training Center as well as Talent ID's; further cementing my commitment to excellence in the sport. My dedication paid off when I was recruited to play soccer at Ole Miss, and then
moving on to Oklahoma with Matt Mott, where I’m continuing to hone my skills and contribute to the team. I am on path to graduate on time, with high expectations of utilizing my Sports Business degree to give back to the
soccer community.

I started playing soccer at the age of 3 with Kids Luv Soccer, and I have touched a ball nearly every day since. My passion for the sport runs deep, not only for the challenges it presents but also for the lifelong friendships and experiences it has afforded me. I am excited for what lies ahead as I work towards my ultimate goal of playing professionally.

MORE ABOUT ME

I have spent the majority of my career playing as a holding or defensive midfielder, though I am also capable of operating in central or attacking midfield roles. I am highly skilled in both short and long-range passing, and I can initiate attacks with precise distribution. My vision, football IQ, and ability to read the game and make quick decisions are among my strongest attributes.

I excel at controlling the tempo of the game and possess the stamina and defensive ability to disrupt opposing attacks. Additionally, I am adaptable and can thrive in variou s formations, including 4-2-3-1, 4-3-3, 3-5-2, and 4-4-2.

I pride myself on keeping things simple and composed under pressure. I have honed my first touch and am proficient with both feet, which allows me to maintain control and contribute effectively in any midfield role.
